Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Due to the nature of our products being handmade and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except under the following specific condition:

Defective or Damaged Product: A refund or replacement will only be considered if the product is returned to us in the original, unused, and unopened condition in which it was sent out, and if the product itself is proven to be defective or was damaged during transit.

Process: You must notify us at amokeolorire76@gmail.com or (317) 599-2060 within 3 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Final Sale: Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
