Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 24 hours (1 business day).

    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays.

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

We offer one reliable shipping method using USPS Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate service.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Priority Mail (Flat Rate)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days

  • Shipping Cost: $$$11.20 (Flat Rate)

Note: Total delivery time is the sum of Processing Time + Delivery Time. While we strive to meet the 24-hour processing window, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are provided by the carrier. Delivery may be delayed by a few days during high-volume periods (like holidays).

Important Shipping Information

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Damages: Skin Nectar By Amoke is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
