Fair and Clean Face Toner is a brightening toner designed to even out skin tone by diminishing dark spots and hyperpigmentation. It gently exfoliates dead skin cells while enhancing the skin’s radiance.

Ingredients: Arbutin, Vitamin C, Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Kojic Acid, Licorice Extract, Rosewater, and Green Tea.
